Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. 
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-refundable.


Return Process

What you will need

  • Your order number
  • Email Address 
  • Photo of actual item(s) 

1. To start the return use the  Return Portal  within 7 Days after delivery. We suggest checking your spam folder if you have not seen a response from us in 24hrs.

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned items to our warehouse address.
  • We will send a shipping label for incorrect or damaged items.
  • Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking information.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
All returns must be sent back in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

For all exchange we will issue a store credit in the form of a  Ryan & Remi gift card to purchase the replacement. 

Cancellations 

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order you may do so within 6 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.

Bracketing Policy

Please note that ordering ordering multiple sizes or versions of one product with the intent to try on and return items (also known as “bracketing”) is not allowed. We are a small business and cannot accommodate bulk try-ons or high-volume returns.
